USCIS RE-AUTHORIZES VISA NUMBERS FOR EB-5 INVESTORS FROM VIETNAM AND CHINA FOR NOVEMBER 2018, BUT IS IT TOO SOON TO CELEBRATE?
With dates moving forward 1.5 years for investors from Vietnam since September 2108 ‘s August 8, 2014 priority date to February 1, 2016 for November, it would appear that EB-5 investors visa applicants and would-be EB-5 visa applicants would finally have some cause for hope. However, industry experts caution that the situation with Vietnam born investors seem strangely familiar to what happen in China just a few years ago.
