The H-1B lottery process will open at noon ET on March 1, 2022. Prospective H-1B cap-subject petitioners or their representatives are required to use a myUSCIS online account to electronically register each intended beneficiary for the lottery selection process. The lottery registration fee is $10 per beneficiary. Registration is expected to continue through noon Eastern Time on March 18, 2022. Lottery winners should be notified by March 31.
